Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policies

 

TURN AROUND TIME: Currently our turn around time in 2-7 days on items that are not RTS. RTS items are shipped within 1-2 days 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We are pleased to provide simple and affordable shipping options. Domestic shipping is FREE for orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a small shipping fee of $7.50. Hawaii & Puerto Rico are included. USA standard shipping is provided by USPS First Class Mail and it usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

PRIORTY SHIPPING: We do offer priority shipping on some items at checkout for $14.00 flat rate. If you select priority shipping, and your orderis RTS it will be shipped out the next business day by one of our priority carriers. Priority usually takes 1-3 business days depending on location. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please insure the correct address is listed on your order at checkout. Any packages returned to sender due to incorrect or partial address will be issued a shop credit minus the shipping our business incurred to ship the package. The buyer will be notified by email. The shop credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to the email listed on the order. Shop credits have an expiration date of 3 years from the date of purchase.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancelations: Orders cannot be canceled after checkout. Our shop incurs fees to cancel orders so please check your order prior to checkout. If for any reason you clicked the wrong size by mistake, please contact our shop so we can fix it prior to shipment. 

We hope that you love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Request the return within 3 days from the carrier tracking delivery date.
  • Insure the item is unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • Return the item promptly with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  • Provide your order number & receipt from our store.
  • Items marked as Sale, Clearance or Holiday cannot be returned.
  • All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return. If the buyer received free shipping on the original order a flat rate of $7.50 will be deducted from the return.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on the items being returned.
  • All returns are issued by store credit. Once we receive your return, we will deduct the shipping cost and issue a store credit to the email on file. Store credits have an expiration date of 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Additional Information: We will not be able to accept any merchandise that is returned without original tags or shows any sign of use. If an item is returned and it is not in new condition with tags, the item will not be eligible for a refund. The customer will be notified by email as to why the refund will not be processed. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact our shop at Crystal@bambinoapparel.com so we can approve your request prior to sending the item back.

Full priced Items: Full priced items may be returned by the customer within 3 business days of when the postal carrier delivered the item, which can be found under the tracking number for the item. All returns are issued by store credit to the email on file.

Swimwear: All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Charges: All shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to mail items back to our shop are the buyers responsibility.
