This contract is entered into between Bambino Apparel and the Brand Representative (hereafter referred to as "Rep") for a duration of 3 months. The purpose of this contract is to outline the responsibilities and expectations of the Rep in promoting Bambino Apparel through social media engagement.

Contract Details

*Duration

- The contract will be effective for a period of 3 months from the date of acceptance.

* Compensation

- The Rep will receive at least 3 free items from the Bambino Apparel collection during the contract period.

- The Rep will recieve 25% of any and all purchases

Responsibilities

The Rep agrees to the following responsibilities:

1. **Photography**

   - The Rep must take clear and high-quality photos of their child wearing Bambino Apparel within 5 days of receiving the package and email them to Crystal@bambinoapparel.com for review.

2. **Social Media Engagement**

   - The Rep is required to post the photos on their private Facebook account and tag @bambinoapparel in each post.

   - The Rep must actively interact with the Bambino Apparel Facebook group, contributing to discussions and engaging with other members.

3. **Support and Promotion**

   - The Rep is encouraged to invite friends to join the Facebook group and help promote Bambino Apparel.

   - The Rep should support the brand through positive engagement and sharing of content.

* Termination Clause

- Bambino Apparel reserves the right to terminate this contract early if the Rep fails to meet the outlined requirements, including but not limited to:

  - Not posting photos within the specified timeframe.

  - Lack of engagement in the Facebook group.

  - Failure to promote the brand as agreed.

*Acceptance

- By entering the Brand rep search you are agreeing to the terms.
